Five minutes, every delivery, even if you've run one a hundred times — the switches move between makes.

Sets it where you want it, not where the trailer stopped
Tell the driver which side of the lot. If the ground's soft we'll lay mats rather than rut your site.

You get the same photos by text. Nobody argues about a scratch three weeks later.

If something stops working at 6 a.m. you call the person who fixes it, not a call centre in another state.

TOWING IT YOURSELF
Everything in the yard tows behind a pickup. The stand-on loader, the Pioneer and both trailers go behind a ½-ton; the SSV75 and the KX040-5 want a ¾-ton and our 15,000 lb tilt deck. No CDL on any of it. We load it, strap it, and check your lights before you pull out.

SCHEDULING, PLAINLY
WHEN THE CLOCK STARTS AND STOPS.
Delivery time isn't rental time. You're billed from the hour it lands on your site, not from when the truck left our yard.
DELIVERY DAY
The rental day begins when the machine is set and signed for. A 7 a.m. drop means your 24 hours run to 7 a.m. tomorrow.
CALL-OFF
Billing stops the moment you call and say you're done — not when our truck gets there, which might be the next morning.
WEATHER
Rained out before the machine leaves? We move the reservation at no cost. Once it's on site, the day counts.
AFTER-HOURS RETURN
Gate B is open until 9 p.m. for self-returns. Park inside the line, drop the key in the box, text us the photo.
