01 / WHAT A DAY MEANS
24 hours from the time it leaves the yard, with 8 engine hours included. Overtime hours bill at 1/8 of the day rate.
02 / DEPOSIT
Card on file, no charge held. Contractors with three completed rentals go to net-15 invoicing automatically.
03 / DAMAGE WAIVER
Optional, 12% of the rental. Decline it and you carry your own coverage — we'll take a certificate by email.
04 / FUEL
Comes full, goes back full. If it doesn't, we refill at that day's pump price — no per-gallon service markup.
05 / CANCELLATION
Free until 5:00 p.m. the day before. Weather pushes your reservation at no cost — call and we move it.
06 / RETURN CONDITION
Dirt is expected. Broken glass, bent cylinders and missing pins are not. Damage is quoted from the shop, at shop cost.
